These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of hause.co and any related services operated by Hause Collective (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
By creating an account, subscribing to our newsletter, or otherwise accessing the platform, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Hause Collective is an AI journalism platform covering artificial intelligence, technology, and the near future. We publish articles, guides, analyses, and related content. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without notice.

All content published on Hause Collective — including articles, graphics, logos, and designs — is the intellectual property of Hause Collective or its respective authors, and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws.
You may share links to our content freely. You may quote brief excerpts for commentary, criticism, or news reporting, provided you clearly attribute Hause Collective and link back to the original. Reproduction of full articles or substantial portions without written permission is prohibited.
By submitting comments or other user-generated content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display and distribute that content on the platform. You retain ownership of your content and may request its removal at any time.
The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These are provided for convenience only. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hause Collective shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) DKK 500.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify subscribers via the newsletter and update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
